Currently returning to the PNW from Tarpon Springs, Florida. I’ll be based in Portland, Oregon for July 2026, with movement continuing beyond that as the path unfolds.

 

My work is rooted in connection—to the heart, the body, the Earth, and what lies beyond what we can see. I hold space for presence, grounding, and strengthening the relationship with self through breath, sound, movement, ritual, and meditation.

 

Offerings include tarot & oracle readings,  yoga, breathwork, meditation, massage, sound healing, ritual, and ceremony. Sessions are available for individuals and groups, and can be experienced as single practices or woven together in any combination for an intuitive, heart-led experience.
